You are responsible for content you upload (reviews, photos, reports, listings, comments).

Forbidden content includes illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or rights-infringing material.

We may moderate, restrict, or remove content to preserve safety, quality and compliance.

Service may change over time, including features, limits, and integrations. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or incidents.

Parking details are contributed by users and external sources. We strive for quality but do not guarantee absolute accuracy or availability.

Users must independently verify critical details (capacity, pricing, security, opening hours, restrictions) before relying on them.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from platform use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Platform design, code, branding and original materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain rights over your own lawful content and grant us a license to display/process it for service operation.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, legal risk, security incidents, or repeated policy violations.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the service operator jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after publication implies acceptance of the updated version.
